Welcome to the website of the Ghana Association of Greater Boston (GAGB).
GAGB is a non-profit, non-political social and cultural mutual aid organization of all Ghanaians in the Greater Boston Area of Massachusetts, USA.
Our mission is to establish a supportive community of Ghanaian families, friends and colleagues, and to build alliances and partnerships to collaboratively assist in humanitarian pursuits in our community and in our homeland. We strive to provide opportunities for social engagement, to share and preserve Ghanaian culture, and to uphold the values of education and offer guidance to our youth.

Independence Day Anniversary
Ghana became independent of British rule on 6th March 1957. Every year GAGB celebrates the anniversary of this event in March.

In addition, we occasionally host special events (such as the Kente-Lace Fundraising Dinner/Banquet in the fall) as and when the need arises.
